Job Description
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across medical, wellness, and administrative departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Develop and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements related to talent acquisition.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position GROOVY Medical Spa as an employer of choice.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
