Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Procurement Section Head to lead our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the construction industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.

 

Job Overview

This role combines traditional business development responsibilities with a focus on digital marketing and social media management. You’ll identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships, and also manage the company’s online presence to increase visibility and attract leads.

 

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and other industry professionals

Create and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals

Lead bid submissions, proposals, and contract negotiations

Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Collaborate with marketing or design teams to develop promotional content (posts, videos, brochures)

Plan and run targeted digital campaigns to attract new clients and promote completed projects

Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activity

Represent the company at industry events and networking functions

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements

8–12 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (preferably in construction or real estate)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proven experience managing social media accounts or digital marketing initiatives

Ability to create content ideas and work with creative teams

Familiarity with construction project life cycles and terminology

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field
