Job Objective:
Preparing and developing architectural works within the technical office, including reviewing drawings, preparing shop drawings, coordinating between disciplines, ensuring compliance with technical and contractual specifications, and contributing to the development of effective design and execution solutions that support project workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and Review of Shop Drawings:
- Prepare and review architectural shop drawings in coordination with other departments and ensure compliance with approved designs.
Bill of Quantities and Specifications (BOQs):
- Prepare and review architectural BOQs and specifications in coordination with the contracts and procurement departments.
Interdisciplinary Coordination:
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical departments to ensure design integration and resolve conflicts.
Materials Review and Approval:
- Review and approve architectural finishing materials and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Technical Reporting:
- Prepare regular technical reports on work progress, issues, and proposed solutions, and submit to the Technical Office Manager or Project Manager.
Site Work Follow-up:
- Support the implementation of architectural works on site by providing necessary technical documentation and clarifications.
Team Coordination:
- Assist in task distribution within the technical office team and provide technical support to junior engineers and draftsmen.
Consultant & Contractor Communication:
- Communicate with consultants and contractors to resolve design-related issues and ensure work progress according to schedule.
Job Requirements
Qualifications Required:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical office work for residential and commercial projects; experience in real estate development companies is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Administrative Skills:
- Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
Language Skills:
- Good command of English (spoken and written).

- Ability to analyze technical issues and propose practical solutions.

- Strong communication skills with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
