Job Description
- Ensure Compliance with standards, building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with designers to align architectural elements with the design vision .
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for interior and exterior spaces.
- Asses Structural considerations for safety and functionality.
- Assest in selecting materials that balance aesthetics, sustainability, and cost.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or fine art.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong Communication skills, Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in (3D Max, AutoCAD).
- Visual Awareness and eye for details
- Design Excellence.
