Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
4 to 8 years of proven experience in architectural site engineering or a similar role.
Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with construction management software and digital tools.
Willingness to work full-time, on-site, and adapt to changing project demands.
