Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site architectural activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide construction teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Resolve technical and design-related issues that arise during construction, providing effective solutions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and resource allocation plans.
- Support the implementation of sustainable and innovative architectural solutions on site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of proven experience in architectural site engineering or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction management software and digital tools.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site, and adapt to changing project demands.
