Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate architectural activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of architectural plans.
- Monitor site progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical documents for on-site implementation.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of architectural components.
- Assist in resolving technical and design-related challenges encountered during construction.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and Arcvision’s quality standards.
- Support the handover process by coordinating final inspections and addressing any outstanding architectural issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural site supervision or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building materials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and technical documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
