Senior Architectural Engineer (Shop Drawing )

ARX Real Estate Development is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Shop Drawing Engineer to join our technical office team in ((((((( New Damietta ))))) 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate architectural shop drawings, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and codes. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive and accurate architectural shop drawings and detailed drawings for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with design teams, site engineers, and technical office staff to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Review and revise drawings based on site updates or design modifications.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and government regulations.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any drawing or design-related issues.
• Maintain organized drawing documentation and follow up on approvals.
• Participate in design meetings and provide technical input when needed
