Lead the development and preparation of detailed architectural working drawings for complex projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design intent.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, and construction professionals, to integrate all aspects of design into cohesive documentation.
Review and validate architectural drawings for completeness, technical accuracy, and adherence to applicable codes and standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and drafting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Conduct site visits and inspections to verify construction aligns with working drawings and resolve any discrepancies.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to address technical queries and incorporate feedback into working drawings.
Ensure timely delivery of all architectural documentation in line with project schedules and milestones.
Implement quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards in all architectural deliverables.
Participate in project meetings, presenting technical solutions and updates to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry best practices, building codes, and emerging technologies relevant to architectural working drawings.

Minimum of 9 years of experience in architectural engineering with a focus on working drawings.
Proven track record in leading the preparation of comprehensive architectural documentation for large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Ability to conduct site visits and resolve technical issues on-site.
Experience working in an office-based environment with occasional site travel as needed.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
