Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technical Office Engineer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing architectural shop drawings, conducting quantity surveys, and providing technical support to ensure design accuracy and project compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer in architectural works.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD .
• Experience in shop drawings, quantity surveying, and BOQ preparation.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.); knowledge of Revit or other BIM software is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and modify architectural shop drawings in line with project specifications and design intent.
• Perform quantity take-offs and assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Maintain and update technical documents, drawings, and records.
• Provide technical support during project execution phases.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integration of all project aspects.
