Job Description
- Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings and contract documents.
- Verify and check quantities submitted by contractors or consultants.
- Prepare cost estimates, pricing, and project budgets.
- Track and evaluate variations/change orders and their cost impact
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with design and specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare As-Built drawings after project completion.
- Support in developing partial schedules related to quantities in coordination with the planning team.
- Review contractor claims and verify entitlements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (in construction or real estate )
