Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical drawings, designs, and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Develop technical specifications, bill of quantities (BOQs), and quantity take-offs for various project phases.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants to ensure design alignment and proper execution.
- Review project documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of submittals, RFIs, and other technical documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all technical work and revisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a technical office or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering design software.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
