Job Description
- Prepare, review, and update shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams to resolve technical issues.
- Review project design documents, BOQs, and specifications to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and follow up on RFIs (Requests for Information).
- Assist in preparing material submittals and ensure timely approvals.
- Provide technical support to the site team in solving on-site challenges.
- Track and document variations and changes in drawings and site works.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and ensure alignment with project schedule.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in technical office/site works (preferably in contracting companies).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic knowledge of Primavera or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing details, and coordination standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
