Job Description
• Review project documents (drawings, BOQs, specifications) to ensure accuracy in execution.
• Prepare and update BOQs, calculate quantities (including concrete estimation), and assist in pricing.
• Support cost estimation and resource allocation to maintain budget control.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and other teams to ensure smooth project integration.
• Provide technical support to site engineers and contractors, resolving construction issues.
Job Requirements
• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in swimming pools & fountains projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong skills in quantity surveying, concrete estimation, and cost estimation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with construction processes and site coordination.
