Job Description
1) Distributes the tasks to his staff, reviews the results of their work, and makes sure that it is completed at a high technical level and on time.
2) Technical advice and directs the work of the technical office engineers with the company's projects and sites, and contributes to engineering problems in implementation.
3) Review quotations and the previous works of suppliers and subcontractors, and makes sure to choose the most suitable suppliers to meet the needs of the projects.
4) Works to support the company's relations with the owners of projects under implementation and their consultants, studies their inquiries and the modifications they request, and directs the construction department to make the necessary changes in the implementation programs.
5) Reviews the periodic reports submitted to the consultants.
6) Performs other duties assigned to him related to the objectives and nature of the job, as directed by the Director General of Projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- +5 years of experience in Technical Office in Contracting & Construction industries or related fields.
- Excellent in (Revit, ASD and Microsoft Office) is a must.
- Mastering different drawing tools.
- High team work skills.
