• Prepare and review shop drawings and quantity take-offs for projects.
• Review design drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and contracts.
• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules in coordination with the planning team.
• Prepare interim payment certificates for clients and subcontractors.
• Review and approve material submittals according to specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors regarding conflicts or technical issues.
• Contribute to preparing regular technical reports.
• Provide technical support to the site team and resolve issues during execution.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in Technical Office work (preferably in contracting companies).
• Good knowledge of the Egyptian code and construction standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office (Primavera or MS Project is a plus).
• Strong skills in shop drawings, quantity surveying, and payment certificates.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
