Job Description
- Development Experts Group is seeking a passionate and driven Technical Office Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Requirements
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for wood and steel materials based on project drawings and specifications
- Study and analyze project drawings, tender documents, and specifications to fully understand project scope
- Participate in the preparation and submission of project technical and financial proposals
- Conduct cost estimation and pricing for materials, fabrication, and installation processes
- Develop and issue shop drawings for wood and steel works using AutoCAD and/or other design software
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure shop drawings are feasible and aligned with manufacturing capabilities
- Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and client or consultant feedback
- Prepare cutting lists and material schedules in line with production requirements
- Support procurement by specifying materials, quantities, and delivery schedules
- Assist in project planning and execution by providing technical support and resolving design-related issues
- Ensure all drawings and documents comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all technical office activities
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and clients for approvals and clarification
