Scenic Equipment Installation Project Manager in Saudi Arabia
A leading company in the scenic technologies sector is looking to hire a Project Manager to lead the execution of scenic equipment installation projects in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh and Jeddah). This key position will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all phases of on-site execution, ensuring compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall direction and management of scenic installation projects.
- Planning, coordination, and supervision of tasks and work teams.
- Development and control of schedules, budgets, and ensuring milestone achievement.
- Logistics coordination between the headquarters and local suppliers.
- Daily on-site monitoring and resolution of technical issues.
- Control and submission of technical documentation (plans, queries, deliveries).
- Liaison with clients, architects, engineering teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Coordination among different trades and monitoring the physical progress of the work.
- Organization and leadership of on-site meetings.
- Document management and preparation of periodic reports for management.
Job Requirements
Profile Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Project Management, or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction or technical installations sector, with particular emphasis on experience in scenic or audiovisual equipment projects.
- Availability to reside in Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a minimum period of 2 years.
- High level of English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Arabic will be positively valued.
- Leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multicultural teams and work under pressure.
