Job Description
- Preparing and calculating quantities of finishing items.
- Reviewing construction and architectural drawings and coordinating with other disciplines.
- Preparing and updating schedules for architectural works.
- Submitting architectural plans, executive plans, and detailed plans (shop drawings).
- Full knowledge of luxury finishes (marble, woodwork, decorative paints, suspended ceilings, etc.).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering from any reputable university
- At least from 5- 7 years of experience in the field of Architecture engineering.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Excel, Primavera, or MS Project.
- Good knowledge of engineering specifications and codes.
- Ability to work within a team and coordinate with other departments.
- Experience in building projects is preferred.
