Job Description
• Supervising the installation of windows and doors at project sites.
• Coordinating with the execution teams and technical office to ensure smooth workflow.
• Direct communication with project managers and consultants on site.
• Preparing Inspection Requests (IRs) and ensuring work is done according to plans and specifications.
• Monitoring technical and financial statements and submitting them on time.
• Submitting periodic reports on progress and quality of execution.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: Civil Engineer, Architecture, or Finishing Engineer.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finishing works or related fields.
- Proficiency in preparing IRs and technical statements.
- Strong team management skills and effective communication with project stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
