Job Description
1. Prepare and review shop drawings in accordance with architectural plans and specifications.
2. Review and quantify architectural works (Quantity Surveying).
3. Maintain project documentation and coordinate with other disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical) to ensure integration of works.
4. Provide alternative engineering solutions in case of design conflicts.
5. Review and approve architectural materials as per specifications and approvals.
6. Participate in preparing tender documents and technical proposals.
7. Prepare periodic technical reports on work progress.
8. Attend technical meetings with consultants and contractors to discuss architectural issues.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 2–4 years of experience in contracting companies or technical offices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Good knowledge of building codes and local/international standards.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
