BOQ Creation and Pricing Review: Develops Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on project drawings and specifications, and reviews pricing from contractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and accuracy.

Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in an architectural technical office environment.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in producing detailed architectural drawings, BOQs, material take-offs, and technical submittals.
Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software for design and documentation.
Knowledge of Codes and Standards: Strong understanding of building codes, construction standards, and regulations.
