Job Description
- Prepare detailed mechanical shop drawings (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) based on IFC drawings and project specifications.
- Ensure that all mechanical drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure proper integration.
- Experience in designing supply, drainage and fire lines...etc.
- Experience in using the Revit program to integrate with the rest of the architectural, construction and electrical departments.
- Experience in site implementation work as the work will require site visits and follow-up on site implementation work.
- Prepare 3D BIM model using Revit
- Extract 2D Shop-drawings and 3D presentation
- Performs routine tasks under general supervision using well-defined standards and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in mechanical engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in technical office, Construction/ Design MEP & site supervision in Egypt.
- High teamwork skills.
- Problem solver
- Proficient in CAD software including Revit and AutoCAD.
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
