Oversee and coordinate all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) technical office activities for assigned construction projects.
Review and validate MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and update project documentation, including technical reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.
Conduct value engineering and propose cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.
Ensure all MEP works adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and status updates to stakeholders.
Support the commissioning and handover process by verifying system functionality and compliance.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in MEP technical office roles within the construction industry.
Proven expertise in reviewing and preparing MEP shop drawings and technical submittals.
Strong understanding of local and international MEP codes and standards.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Experience with value engineering and cost optimization.
