Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of technical tendering engineers.
- Provide Technical evaluation of tender package for bid or no bid decisions.
- Review the tender documents and prepare the tender technical queries.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Estimate project required manpower, and timelines based on available project’s data.
- Develop technical proposals for the engineering scope of work including specific project approach.
- Create and maintain project trackers for progress monitoring.
- Prepare and submit monthly tendering reports.
- Collaborate with tendering teams to ensure timely proposal submission.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in MEP field.
- Strong analytical and detailed oriented skills.
- Team Player and able to manage various stakeholders.
Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
