Job Description
Lead, mentor, and manage network & cyber security presales & post sales team , ensuring they provide high-quality technical support and guidance during the sales process, and ensuring the team effectively supports sales in driving deals to closure.
Support the sales process from a technical standpoint through identifying opportunities, understanding customer requirements and defining optimal solution proposals.
Create and deliver tailored product demonstrations, POCs and technical presentations that address specific customer needs and highlight product’s capabilities and value-added.
Act as a technical advisor to customers through answering technical queries, creating sound technical solutions and providing insights into how suggested solutions can address their business challenges.
Establishing and maintaining a trust-based relationship with customer and vendor technical decision makers.
Review and approve the technical components of proposals ensuring the efficient integration of all configured solutions before submission to the sales team for final compilation, including high value and complex solutions.
Oversee performance and development of the team, identify and encourage areas for growth and development through conducting planning meetings and account reviews.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to ensure the presales team is up to date on latest product developments and can effectively position solutions as the best fit for customer needs and respond to and solve customer complex technical issues.
Provide constant and clear communication to direct manager about team’s functionality and areas for improvement, also problems with products, customer escalations, and other potential issues that may affect revenue.
Interact with other technical teams within the company for successful delivery of solutions.
Attending key partner events and training sessions and managing the related vendors relation
