Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the import or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Experience in managing client relationships and closing high-value deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
