Job Description
We are hiring a Division Manager for our Machine Tools Division.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a brand new sales team within a well-established company. You will drive the sales of high-quality machine tools, including sheet metal machines (HACO - Belgium), lathes, drilling and boring machines, grinding machines, and milling machines.
What you will do:
- Build, train, and lead a new sales team for the machine tools division
- Develop and grow client relationships
- Prepare technical proposals and close deals
- Oversee projects with our maintenance and installation teams
- Drive a new culture of growth, efficiency, and accountability within the division

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in the machine tools industry, including 3 years in a senior or leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Own a car for client visits (car allowance provided), drivers with cars also available if needed
- Hands-on knowledge of machine tools
