- We are seeking a talented and innovative Engineer with over a year of experience to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and prototyping using advanced 3D printers and CNC laser cutting machines.
- Additionally, excellent skills in Fusion 360 software, and a solid understanding of embedded circuits and programming are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop prototypes using advanced 3D printers and CNC laser cutting machines.
- Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks or Fusion 360 software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Conduct research and development to innovate and improve product designs and manufacturing processes.
- Integrate embedded circuits into product designs and program microcontrollers as needed.
- Perform testing and validation of prototypes to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards.
- Document design processes, test results, and project progress. Stay updated with the latest advancements in prototyping technologies, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design and manufacturing issues promptly. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design and development processes.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5\6 year of experience in prototyping, or a similar role.
· Proficient in using Fusion 360 for 3D modeling and design.
· Hands-on experience with 3D printing technology and CNC laser cutting machines.
· Strong understanding of embedded circuits and programming (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in design and manufacturing.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with other CAD software and simulation tools.
· Knowledge of materials science and engineering principles.
· Previous experience in a manufacturing or product development environment and prototyping.
· Understanding of IoT systems and applications.
*Excellent skills in Fusion 360 is a must.
