Lead the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and equipment for food manufacturing processes.
Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical machinery to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Manage and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, materials, and methods to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
Ensure all mechanical systems adhere to regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for procurement, installation, and servicing of mechanical equipment.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
7-9 years of proven experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
Extensive knowledge of mechanical system design, installation, and maintenance.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical issues.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in an on-site (office/factory) environment.
Ability to mentor and lead junior engineering staff.
