Job Purpose:
The Inbound Tourism Sales Manager will be responsible for driving inbound business to Egypt by leveraging strong international travel trade relationships. The role requires a dynamic professional with established connections with overseas travel agents and tour operators, capable of converting opportunities into high-value partnerships. The manager will play a key role in positioning the DMC as a trusted partner for tailor-made, group, and luxury travel experiences in Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and grow inbound tourism business from international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas travel agents, tour operators, and key travel trade partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish long-term contracts and collaborations with well-known international tour operators.
- Promote Egypt as a top destination, showcasing the company’s expertise in delivering high-quality, customized travel experiences
- Represent the company at international travel exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events to expand business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, packages, and contracts with overseas partners to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the operations and product development teams to ensure attractive, competitive, and innovative offerings for inbound clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies and maintain competitiveness.
- Achieve agreed sales targets, revenue goals, and business growth KPIs.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for management review.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience from (5-7 years of experience) in inbound tourism sales, preferably with a Destination Management Company (DMC) or tour operator in Egypt.
- Strong existing network and connections with international travel agencies and tour operators.
- Track record of successfully generating and diverting inbound business from established overseas partners.
- Deep knowledge of Egypt’s tourism products, destinations, and market dynamics.
- Ability to travel internationally for trade shows, meetings, and business development missions.
