Job Description
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team; assign roles, set targets, and monitor performance.
- Oversee scheduling, route planning, and workload balancing across seven mobile units, scaling to fourteen units within six months.
- Monitor KPIs daily (service time, revenue per unit, customer satisfaction, margins) and act on insights to improve performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to design and launch promotions, loyalty programs, and expansion strategies.
- Lead procurement and supplier management for equipment, chemicals, and logistics.
- Develop and update SOPs and playbooks; ensure compliance with safety and service quality standards.
- Manage the budget and unit economics; prepare profit and loss reports and sensitivity analyses; drive margin improvement from 12% to 25%+.
- Support the development and launch of our booking website/app.
- Conduct periodic visits to Saudi Arabia to oversee operations, train staff, and meet partners.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the CEO and take ownership of operational decisions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or service-delivery leadership roles, with a proven track record of scaling teams and profitability.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, data cleaning) with the ability to analyze unit economics and profit-and-loss.
- Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate distributed teams, delegate tasks, and build repeatable processes.
- Clear business writing skills in both Arabic and English; ability to communicate decisively and remain calm under pressure.
- Mastery of ChatGPT and other AI platforms to summarize data, craft professional messages, and research options.
- Experience in supplier management, contract negotiations, and ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to design Plan A/B strategies and perform simple ROI analyses.
- High integrity, discretion, and willingness to sign a strict NDA.
- Ability to travel to Saudi Arabia for short business visits.

- Experience with no-code/automation tools or CRM systems.
- Prior exposure to the GCC/KSA market.
