Job Summary:
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, project coordination, and task tracking. You’ll be the go-to person for organizing meetings, following up on tasks, supporting implementation, and ensuring deadlines are met.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and monitor internal/external workflows
Support implementation of operational and IT processes
Document actions, track deadlines, and communicate updates
Assist departments in task execution and reporting
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in operations, project coordination, or IT environments is a MUST
Excellent English & attention to detail
