Job Description
Handle all import operations and customs clearance procedures.
Manage import documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Work through the NAFEZA platform, including generating and managing ACID numbers.
Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Follow up on shipments, clearance status, and delivery schedules.
Handle urgent/expedited requests in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics and import operations (preferably in importing companies).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent knowledge of NAFEZA system and customs clearance regulations.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Must live close to Sheraton area.
