Job Description
Our U.S.-based engineering firm is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Office Manager to support our CEO remotely.
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM Cairo Time (Monday to Friday)
Remote Position | Must align with U.S. business hours
Note: This is a remote position based in Egypt.
- Managing CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Drafting emails, reports, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinating with internal departments and external partners.
- Handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Taking initiative to anticipate CEO needs and streamline tasks.
Job Requirements
- Higher education qualification
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – Excellent communication is a must.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with online meeting tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
