The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with proven experience in marketing, finance, distribution, and brand development within the FMCG sector—preferably in tea, beverages, or related products.
Job description:
- Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Lead sales, marketing, and brand positioning efforts across offline and digital channels.
- Build and manage a strong distribution network nationwide or regionally.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Recruit, train, and manage teams across departments.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the FMCG or food & beverage industry.
