Job Description
- Develop and implement administrative policies and plans to support business operations.
- Oversee security, occupational health, and safety to ensure compliance with local laws and a safe workplace.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and public institutions.
- Manage transportation logistics for staff and equipment.
- Supervise staff housing to maintain quality living conditions.
- Monitor and control departmental budgets to optimize resources.
- Lead and motivate diverse administrative teams to achieve high performance.
- Track and report KPIs to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Supervise and follow up on all general maintenance works required for the organization.
- Oversee and monitor all current and future projects in coordination with executing parties.
- Ensure maximum efficiency in the use of the organization’s public utilities (gas, electricity, water, drainage, air conditioning).
- Maintain the highest level of internal discipline among employees within the organization.
Job Requirements
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Management or Business Administration.
- Preferred Experience: Background in garment manufacturing or related industry
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and occupational health & safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in administrative systems and relevant computer applications.
- Familiarity with international quality and safety standards is a plus.
