TITLE: Operations Specialist - Amsterdam Venture Studio | $8-11/hr | Sunday-Thursday Schedule

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Join Sintano, an Amsterdam-based venture studio building purposeful businesses. We need a detail-obsessed operations specialist to manage our marketing systems and web operations.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Update email campaigns in GoHighLevel & ConvertKit
- Manage website content, funnels, and landing pages
- Organize ad creative/copy in Meta Ads Manager
- Build and maintain SOPs in Notion
- Ensure flawless execution of marketing operations
- Track performance metrics in Google Sheets/Looker

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
✓ 2+ years operations/marketing support experience
✓ EXTREME attention to detail (we'll test this)
✓ Experience with CRMs and email marketing tools
✓ Can work 4-5 hours daily (flexible timing)
✓ Strong English writing skills
✓ Available Sunday-Thursday consistently

TOOLS WE USE:
GoHighLevel, ConvertKit, Notion, Slack, Zapier, Google Sheets, Calendly, Meta Ads

COMPENSATION: - $7-10 per hour based on experience
Consistent monthly income ($1,000+)
