Job Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Business Manager/CEO Assistant to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations for mainly our U.S. account (with Minor involvement in Egypt account). This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and passionate about wellness, business growth, and streamlined systems. The Business Manager will work directly with the CEO to ensure smooth operations, team coordination, and business development support.
- Coordinate and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing wellness retreats, corporate events, and large-scale festivals.
- Research partnership and collaboration opportunities in the U.S. wellness market.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external parties.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and partners, and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Support in content creation & marketing campaigns
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful execution of events and initiatives.
- Support business development activities, including client outreach and partnership management.
- Communicate with Egypt-based team members as needed to align operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a Must
- 2-5 years of experience in a business management, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Business development skills : able to start & Seal partnerships & agreements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Excellent Negotation & Problem Solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for wellness, spirituality, or holistic living is a plus.
- Organized, Get things done and able to meet deadlines
- Light Moderation for some business accounts (Everything is automated, but some follow ups are needed)

- Knowledgable in Sales Funnel & CRM softwares like “ Hubspot"
- Content Creation & Creativity is a big plus
- Experience with website updates (Wordpress) is a plus
