Job Description
Mission
Act as a focal point for members and guests. Develop and implement new ideas and promote the club to the target audience. Act as deputy to the club manager.
Tasks
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy to attract and retain our target clientele.
- Handle all marketing-related topics, including campaigns, social media, the website, design, printing, and distribution of all marketing materials.
- Open new channels
- Reply to guest enquiries.
- Communication and coordination of guest functions
- Plan and execute club events.
- Develop and maintain the CRM system
- Promote club membership among the Swiss and cosmopolitan community.
- Be the main point of contact for all member relations.
- Maintenance of the member database (including tracking of all membership payments).
- Assist with preparing the association’s annual General Assembly.
- Deputy of the club manager
Work Schedule
40 h per week with frequent work on evenings and weekends.
The position requires daily on-site work. The Swiss Club is situated 2 Min from Kit Kat station on Metro Line 3.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or Business Administration
- Three years' experience in a similar position
- Computer skills (Social Media, Web content editor, Design, MS Office, AI tools)
- Proven record of proactive actions
- Excellent spoken and written English, good spoken Arabic
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with guests and leading staff
- Resourcefulness and creativity
- Keep your cool in challenging situations
- Readiness to perform all kinds of tasks as required
