Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and department managers, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for confidential and sensitive information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained and procurement processes are followed.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management as needed to resolve administrative issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations in all administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
