Job Description
- Organize and manage the CEO daily schedules, calendar and updated contacts to ensure efficient time management.
- Support the export subsidies operations responsible in her/his communication with external parties.
- Well-prepare and proofread various documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Conduct research on various topics, compile data, and prepare reports or summaries to assist the executive in making informed decisions.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, relaying information, addressing inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Tackle challenges proactively, finding solutions to issues that arise and making quick decisions when necessary.
- Follow up, review and renew the memberships at different associations.
- Manage logistical arrangements for internal and external parties.
- Organize the travelling activities regarding the line ticketing, hotel reservation, visa renewal and of passport validation to ensure proper business travel.
- Negotiate the corporate agreements with the travel agencies and hotels to ensure high quality service with reasonable prices.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or travel as required.
