Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
- Organize and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and documents to ensure the CEO’s time is effectively managed.
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, board meetings, and company events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
- Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Monitor and track progress on key action items and follow up as necessary.
- Support the CEO in maintaining relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle urgent requests.
