Job Description
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, events, and board meetings.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Conduct research and compile data for presentations or decision-making.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications to the CEO.
- Liaise with senior management, board members, clients, and partners.
- Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a C-suite executive.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
