Job Description
Job Purpose:
To provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO of BM Egypt Trade, ensuring efficient handling of all administrative, communication, and organizational tasks. This role is critical in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities by managing daily operations, scheduling, and confidential matters effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management
Organize and maintain the CEO’s agenda: meetings, travel, events, and deadlines.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-ups.
Communication & Correspondence
Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, memos, and reports.
Screen and prioritize calls and messages.
Travel & Event Arrangements
Handle all travel plans: flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries.
Assist in planning company events, business dinners, and VIP receptions.
Document Management & Reporting
Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for board meetings and external use.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Manage confidential files with utmost discretion.
Project Support & Research
Conduct background research and data analysis as required by the CEO.
Track and follow up on strategic initiatives and project deadlines.
Office & Stakeholder Liaison
Liaise with senior executives, department heads, and external partners.
Represent the CEO professionally in interactions when required.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as an executive or personal assistant at a senior level.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
