Job Description
A Leading Export company located in Heliopolis seeking CEO Assistant to join the work team
- Dealing with the company's clients abroad by phone and by email
- Organizing the schedule of meetings and interviews for the CEO
- Organizing the required papers and documents for the CEO
- Booking hotels and tickets for traveling abroad
- Dealing with customer requests and new contracts and following them up
- Attending local and international interviews, meetings, conferences and exhibiti
Job Requirements
- Female only
- Age between 28-35
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistic management or office management or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Skills (Excellent / Good)
- Full-time availability and willingness to travel internationally when required.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Resident Sheraton, Heliopolis, Nasr city down town Cairo.
