Job Description
- Administrative Management:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments to maximize productivity.
- Handle and prioritize correspondence, including emails, calls, and letters.
- Maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and events when necessary.
- Facilitate internal communication by distributing information and preparing presentations.
- Travel and Logistics:
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and visas.
- Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Strategic Support:
- Conduct research and prepare reports for strategic initiatives and board meetings.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on actionable items.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance office efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or similar role (2–5 years).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools like Trello, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English (French is a plus).
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with remote work tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace) and office equipment.
- Preferred: A degree in Business Administration or a related field; additional qualifications as a Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
