Personal Assistant Vacancy

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a general manager. The ideal candidate is a professional individual who can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, screening calls and managing correspondence.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Assist with a variety of personal and professional errands as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative.
