Personal Assistant Vacancy
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a general manager. The ideal candidate is a professional individual who can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact, screening calls and managing correspondence.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
