Job Description

This is an exciting position in which you will be an extension of the Group CEO. 
You are equally at ease with lean processes, strategy and organization but also in 
being the catalyst of implementing a given plan. 

- Work cross-functionally within Ozamba 
- Act as a liaison within OZAMBA 
- Nurture a positive and engaging working environment 
- Coordinate group projects 
- Manage strategic projects in either Sports and/or Entertainment 
- Manage group strategic projects 
- Organize and coordinate company events 
- Create and develop organizational processes 
- Improve efficiency and agility 
- Participate to the group CEO’s communication 
- Identify, create, develop and strengthen strategic business relationships and 
opportunities 
- Manage relationships with external 
- Create and manage a community and engage it with creative content 
- Actively listen and support the team to achieve their goals 
- Participate and/or lead in team meetings 
- Actively listen and support the team to achieve their goals 
- Track, analyze and communicate quantitative metrics 
- Maintain a sound knowledge of trends to enhance processes 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements 
- BA/BS degree 
- Prior experience as an executive assistant or people management or/and operations management 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French across a 
wide range of deliverables 
- Fluency in a third language (preferably Arabic) 
- Excellent working knowledge of the MS Suite
