The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation within our organisation by providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and handling confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- The Executive Admin Assistant will be responsible for the followings:
- Providing executive administrative assistance and support to the Vice president.
- Preparing minutes of meeting.
- Managing the directors calendar.
- Liaising with functional departments
- Providing general administrative assistance to the Vice president.
- Travel arrangements and ability to travel abroad with the directors.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English with professional speaking skills.
- Bachelor of Business Administration is OR commerce English department.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using office software tools, such as Microsoft word, excel sheets and presentation software.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
