Job Description
Executive Support:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications, responding when appropriate.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from executive meetings.
Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Travel & Logistics:
Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries.
Prepare detailed travel briefs and handle expense reports and reimbursements.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients, partners, and board members.
Organise and coordinate executive team and board meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
Office Management Support:
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with personal tasks or errands as needed (based on agreement and role level).
Liaise with departments to ensure the CEO is briefed on important updates, reports, and project progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-suite executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency in English Language
